Our next hike will be at 8:30 AM Friday, April 17, 2026 on the Bluff Trail in Cambria.  It will include parts of the Fiscalini Ranch Preserve.  This is a 5.1 mile hike with an elevation change of 440 feet and an UP waypoint total of 1185 placing it in the Medium Hardness category approximately equal to the recent Cal Poly hike in difficulty.  In addition to the beautiful coastal views, the terrain includes rolling open grasslands, a 70-acre strand of Monterey Pines, oaks and ferns plus the riparian trail along the creek.  It should take about 2 hours 45 minutes.

TO GET THERE you are going to go North on Hwy 1 to Cambria.  Take the Windsor Blvd. exit.  You can see it in the picture below.  We will park in the dirt lot designated "Santa Rosa Creek Trailhead Parking Lot".  The travel time from the Foothill Blvd, intersection with Hwy 1 is 40 minutes.
