It is 5-2-25. As we exited weeks of wet overcast weather, we probably broke the all-time attendance record for the number of people on a RAM hike. Twenty-three of us did the Felsman Loop west of San Luis Obispo. The hike was 2.5 miles and took just about 2 hours. Our elevation change was 600 feet. As the hike progressed, the overcast around Bishop Peak shown in the photograph below started to burn off, but the temperature remained very mild. The conversation on the trail was great. Thanks to the help from Roger Eberhardt and Mike Sims, we kept the group fairly tight all the way around the track. Barbara returned to provide her usual great photographs.
