On Friday, May 15, 2026 we hiked the Johnson Ranch Trail  south of San Luis Obispo.  This a "just right" hike of 3.4 miles that we completed in two hours and  11 minutes.  The morning started out foggy but cleared quickly to a beautiful day.  The total of UP waypoints was 597 feet. Max elevation 300 feet;  Elevation change 244 feet.  The trail and parking lot was pretty full.  Mostly single women and retired people :)  We had 20 hikers which comes close to breaking the all-time record of 22 shown on the home page of our website.
