There is a saying that a picture is worth a thousand words.  Well perhaps a video is worth a thousand pictures.  If you click on the picture of Carlos and Bob above, it will take you to a thirty six second video taken on the West Cuesta Ridge Trail this morning (4-18-25) by Russ.  Clearly a low haggling FOG, but it beautifully framed a great view.  We hiked 5.5 miles in 3:17.  Our Maximum elevation was 2467 feet with an elevation change of 1003.  Total of UP waypoints 1205 feet.  We did not make it all the way to the TV tower because of the introduction of a fence and locked gate.  Perhaps next time we will take the left fork to the Botanical Area.
