December 19th was our last hike of 2025.  We circumnavigated Madonna Mountain (Cerro San Luis).  The last time we hiked this trail was way back in June 2022 with Bob Mott leading and Russ as Assistant Hike Leader in Training.  The weather was great as can be seen from the photographs by Barbara.  We hiked 3.7 miles in 2:21.  Maximum elevation 729 feet; elevation change 590 feet.  Total of UP way points 994 feet.  Most of us thought this tail was underrated and that we wanted to start doing it more frequently.  It will be good in the summer because a lot of the trail is shaded.  Don't forget you can enlarge any of the pictures by touching with two fingers and spreading them apart.
